India, China, Russia, Brazil and South Africa today signed an agreement that will enable them to provide credit to each other in local currencies and collaborate in capital markets and other financial services.

US $ is doomed. This will accelerate the fall. Dollar index rose yesterday, but will fall with this news and the day dollarindex hits below 70, there will be a scream/rush to buy base metals. Though this looks to be far, but the end is coming.
